In Q4 2024, Vietfas successfully held a series of practical training workshops on cross-border e-commerce as part of the 2024 E-Commerce Connectivity and Development Forum (ECCDF 2024), hosted by Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade at the Hanoi Museum. The forum carried the theme “Cross-Border E-Commerce: Export Opportunities for Vietnamese Products” and welcomed over 500 participants including SMEs, tech startups, and industry experts, both in person and online.

Vietfas delivered in-depth training programs focusing on building sustainable online export strategies, including analyzing international market data, understanding consumer behavior in the US, EU, and China, and selecting the right platforms such as Alibaba, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Sessions also covered practical guidance on optimizing cross-border logistics, multi-national payment systems, and international tax/customs procedures—enabling businesses to implement with confidence.

The workshops featured successful case studies from Vietnamese exporters, sharing insights on managing international orders, reducing delivery lead time, and optimizing cost structures through transit warehouses. During the expert-led Q&A segment, Vietfas professionals addressed nearly 200 questions related to logistics architecture, export policies, and global customer acquisition.
Most notably, Vietfas announced its co-hosting role in the upcoming VN Sourcing 2025 – an international product branding and sourcing event that connects Vietnamese suppliers directly with global buyers. The event is expected to attract more than 100 large-scale importers and feature over 1,000 booths from China, South Korea, Europe, and the United States—opening doors for tangible export partnerships.
